General Questions

You can find all our games on Roblox. All you need to play is a free Roblox account.

We are a small game studio from the UK, founded by two brothers with a passion for themeparks. We specialise in bringing this passion to everyone possible, all across the globe. Our mission is to create a truly immersive experience that you can play anytime, anywhere!

Whilst we don’t make recreations of real-life parks, we have absolutely taken inspiration from parks across the world! Our aim was to take everything that is fantastic about different parks and combine them to make a truly unique experience!

Most notably, our ‘Boardwalk’ in Strike is inspired by Universal CityWalk!

Yes! Some of our games support Private Servers, so you can enjoy a private experience on your own, or with your friends!

Yes! Our games offer a range of purchasable items to enhance your experience with us!

No, absolutely not. All of our games are free to play, for anyone. Whilst we do offer paid items and enhancements, they are purely optional and do not change the base offering. We take pride in ensuring that core game features are never locked behind any paywalls, so you can continue to enjoy them free of charge.

No. Purchases (such as gamepasses, subscriptions, etc…) are exclusive to the experience which you bought it in, unless stated otherwise. Please review the product description before purchasing anything.

We would advise leaving and rejoining the server. Sometimes gamepass perks are only granted in servers after you made the purchase.

If you still don’t think it’s correct, please double check that the purchase of the gamepass or product did go through successfully, and Robux left your account. It may have failed to go through and you may not have been charged.

Technical Support & Reporting

Whilst our games are built to the highest standards, you might experience a few bugs during your visit.

If something does go wrong for you, contact our support team and let us know, in as much detail as possible, what happened.

We don’t have any minimum system requirements for our games alone, but you can find the Roblox specifications here.

Due to the nature of our games, some older devices may not perform quite as well as expected, but we strive to make our games as accessible as possible.

Please get in touch with our support team here if you are experiencing any trouble.

Please follow the steps below and see if it improves.

  • Lower your graphics settings – Go to Roblox Settings > Graphics and reduce the quality level.
  • Close unnecessary apps – Running multiple programs can slow down performance. Check all your apps, including background apps.
  • Disable or pause background downloads/updates – If other apps are updating or downloading files, it can cause lag. Pause or stop them while playing.
  • Check your internet connection – A strong, stable connection helps prevent lag. Try switching to a wired connection or moving closer to your router if possible.
  • Rejoin the game – Sometimes, leaving and rejoining can fix minor issues.
  • Restart your device – Restarting your PC, phone, or console can clear memory and improve performance.
  • Use a different device – If the game works on another device, there may be an issue with your current system.
  • Update your Roblox app – Ensure you’re running the latest version of Roblox.
  • Check the Roblox server status – If many players are experiencing issues, there might be a temporary server outage. Visit status.roblox.com to check.
  • Check our system status – It may be that we are working to fix a known issue. Follow our social media pages, or join our Discord server to stay up to date on our updates.

Still having issues? Contact us to report your problem, and get support.

We would advise reporting this player to both Roblox and our Support Team. We can handle any issues inside of our games, but for more serious offences (e.g. exploiting, abuse or hateful and offensive content, etc…), Roblox Support would be better suited to this issue.

Sometimes data can fail to load in when you join a game due to DataStore errors. We have safeguards built into our systems o try and minimise any data loss you may experience, and sometimes you may be removed from the game automatically if there is a data error.

If you made it into the game, please leave as soon as you notice your data isn’t correct. You can then try to rejoin the game and see if your data is back and loaded correctly. In most cases, this will fix any issues you have.

Absolutely! Any content we post can be used on your own social media pages or channels. We do politely ask that you leave credit and/or any branding we may include in any of our posts.

Any footage recorded in any of our games can be used for your own purposes, such as TikTok content or YouTube videos – we’d love to see your experience!

Please take note of any music or sound effect restrictions that may be in place from third parties. We cannot guarantee that you would be allowed to use music or sounds from our games in your own content. If in doubt, you can disable any content from our settings menus.
